- CHECK-IN / OUT:
Check-in is at 1:00pm and check-out is at 11:00am.
- OCCUPANCY:
For the comfort of all the guests, maximum room occupancy shall be enforced strictly. Please check with reception.
- PETS:
Pets are not allowed on the premises.
- PROPER CONDUCT:
Proper conduct is requested from all guests.
- NIGHT TIME PERIOD:
In consideration to other guests, kindly refrain from loud music or any noise between 9:00pm to 8:00am. Karaokes and mobile sound systems are allowed only during exclusive and pre-arranged functions.
- ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES:
Alcoholic beverages may be consumed only within your rented premises and subject to corkage fees. Please DRINK MODERATELY.
- SMOKING:
Smoking is not allowed in all enclosed areas. Ashtrays are provided in designated areas.
- WATER:
Please help conserve water at all times.
- WET CLOTHING:
Please hang wet clothing and towels on hanging racks provided in your balcony.
- SAND IN YOUR UNIT:
Outside showers for rinsing and water jars/ faucets for washing your feet are provided for your use. Please refrain from bringing sand into your unit.
- CLEANLINESS:
Please help keep the premises clean and sanitary at all times.
- COOKING:
Cooking is not allowed within the resort.
- GARBAGE DISPOSAL:
Please observe segregation of garbage. Trash bins are provided in strategic areas marked: Biodegradable (green) / Non-biodegradable (yellow). Littering is strictly prohibited.
- PARKING:
All vehicles must be parked at designated parking areas only. Vehicles are not allowed to enter the beachfront.
- WATERCRAFT AND OTHER VEHICLES:
Personal watercrafts, motorcycles, ATVs are allowed only if previously arranged and subject to surcharges.
SERVICES
- MEALS:
- Meals are served at the Main Pavilion within the following schedule:
Breakfast - 7:00am-9:00am
Lunch - 12:00pm-2:00pm
Snacks - 3:30pm-5:00pm
Dinner - 7:00pm-9:00pm
- Reserved meals indicated on confirmation slip w/c are not consumed shall be billed to guests’ account.
- Food may not be taken out of the Pavilion.
- Coffee is available at the pavilion from 6:00am to 9:00pm.
- TOWELS AND LINENS:
To help conserve water, towels and linen will be changed only when necessary and upon request. Extra towel and linen can be requested for a minimal charge.
- MASSAGE:
Trained attendants are available upon request. Please ask the reception desk.
- RESORT STAFF:
The Resort Staff is there to make your stay more enjoyable. Please do not hesitate to call on them. However, errands outside of the resort will be subject to a service charge.
- ANTICIPATED HOLY MASS:
EverySaturday 5:00pm to 6:00pm at the day trip function room.
- 24-HOUR SECURITY:
Is in place at the resort.
ACTIVITIES and FACILITIES
- SWIMMING POOL:
The swimming pool is open from 7:30am to 7:30pm. Always wear proper swim wear. Pool is closed every Saturday from 4:45pm to 6:00pm during Holy Mass.
- BEACH SWIMMING AREAS:
The resort has designated swimming and snorkeling areas. Aqua shoes or sandals are recommended for your comfort, enjoyment and greater movement in the water. Goggles and snorkels are available for rent so that you may better appreciate the marine life and corals.
- BEACH FRONT:
The beachfront is a marine sanctuary. It is illegal to take corals, shells or starfish from the water.
- RESORT WATERCRAFT:
Kayaks, bancas, speed boat, and Jet Ski are available for rent.
- DIVE SITES:
Boats for exploring the beautiful dive sites and nearby islands, tanks, refills, dive masters and fishing trips may be arranged in advance.
- HIKING TOURS:
Day tours or overnight camping at Mt. Daguldol mountain peak , Naambon Falls may be booked. There is also a half-day hiking tour (including lunch) to the Fruit Bat Habitat. (Please book in advance)
- WI-FI INTERNET ACCESS:
Wi-Fi Zone is available at the Main Pavilion.
